Eligibility

  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in either Canada or the United States of America.
  2. Participants must be registered to be entered into any giveaway. You must add your first and last name to your profile page to be eligible to win a giveaway.
  3. No purchase necessary. Purchasing any items from our store will not increase your odds of winning a prize.

Entering a giveaway

  1. Entries can be obtained by giving on Givit, tweeting on Twitter, commenting on YouTube and/or answering the comment question of the day on our giveaway page. Your username(s) for Givit, YouTube and/or Twitter account(s) must be added to your profile page to receive entry points for giving, commenting and tweeting.
  2. Entries may also be purchased with Givitbucks.
  3. Each giveaway will be open for a specified time period and entries will no longer be accepted after the closing time.

Draws

  1. The draw for each giveaway will be held within one week of the closing date and winners will be selected by random draw. The odds of winning each giveaway are dependent on the number of entries received and are displayed for each user on the giveaway page.
  2. Winners will be contacted via email and will have 48 hours to respond in order to claim their prize.

Claiming a prize

  1. Each winner is required to provide a valid government issued piece of photo identification as proof of age, identity and country of residence within 48 hours of receiving notification of winning a giveaway. If a winner chooses not to provide any identification then the prize will be added to the next giveaway. Giving It Away Ltd. is required by law to ensure all participants are of legal age and residences.
  2. Giving It Away Ltd. will never share, rent or sell any private information to any third-party.
  3. Prizes will be delivered within eight (8) weeks of the draw date.

Site usage

  1. Any member suspected of creating false referrals or accounts in an attempt to alter their odds of winning will be subject to immediate removal from all draw lists, as well as account suspension and/or termination with or without notice.
  2. Giving It Away Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Givitbucks program at any time without notice.
  3. Giving It Away Ltd. staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in our giveaways.
